1. Enjoy the island – Fly on Tropic Air from the Belize International Airport to the San Pedro airstrip (round trip) AND spend a half day snorkeling with Captain Boxter at the Hol Chan Marine Park on the Belize Barrier Reef. Hire a private boat to snorkel the Hol Chan Marine Reserve. $180.00US/person

2. Breakfast Basics: ½ dozen eggs, butter, orange juice, a loaf of whole wheat bread and a fresh papaya. $25.00 US
   
   
3. Snacks: tortilla chips and salsa, cheddar cheese and crackers, choice of red or white wine (Chilean or chardonnay) and/or a case of Belikin beer.

Terms

• The minimum stay is three (3) nights for the villas and the casitas. Classic rooms may be booked nightly - email for assistance. During high season, a minimum of seven (7) nights is required.
• Prices are in US dollars. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online with our secure payment account.
• A deposit equivalent to the amount for three (3) nights plus 9% Belize Tax is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon your arrival EXCEPT for Peak Season (Christmas and Easter) when the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
• Refunds/Cancellations. A full refund will be given if your reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to your arrival (90 for peak season). A 50% refund will be given in cancelled between 30 and 60 days of your arrival (60 to 90 for peak). No refund will be given if cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. (60 for peak)
• For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed only outside.
• Transportation from the San Pedro airport or any of the water taxi piers is included for stays longer than three (3) nights.
