Included in the price is pickup at the San Pedro airstrip or water taxi pier and a few welcoming beverages. Please let us know when and how you will be arriving so we can greet you. If you need any help or information, simply ask.

Terms

• The minimum stay is three (3) nights.
• Prices are in US dollars. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online with our secure payment account.
• A deposit equivalent to the amount for three (3) nights plus 9% Belize Tax is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon your arrival EXCEPT for Peak Season (Christmas and Easter) when the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
• Refunds/Cancellations. A full refund will be given if your reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to your arrival (90 for peak season). A 50% refund will be given in cancelled between 30 and 60 days of your arrival (60 to 90 for peak). No refund will be given if cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. (60 for peak)
• For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed only outside.
• Transportation from the San Pedro airport or any of the water taxi piers is included.
